Return and Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 business days. If item(s) for refund or exchange does not/do not arrive at our office address within 7 business days since the date of your order (the date on which you ordered and paid for the item on our website), we will not accept your return or exchange of any purchased item(s).

If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), please send your item(s) to our office address as stated herein, adhering to the following terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Damaged/defective-upon-receipt or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) at your mailing address by sending an email to queen@antpowered.com to inform us in advance.
  • Item(s) for return or exchange must arrive at our office address within 7 working days since the date of your order (the date on which you ordered and paid for the item on our website).
  • Our office address is: 21 Woodlands Close, #04-36 Primz Bizhub, Singapore 737854.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). You may also wish to consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) as postal/shipping services are not within the control of our company.
  • Item(s) must be unused, free of any stains or wear etc., in the same condition that you have received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we also require a photocopy of the receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to us together with the item(s) for return or exchange.
  • Once your item(s) for return or exchange is/are received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • Item(s) for exchange will only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged for reasons not due to your error, and the defective or damaged item(s) will only be exchanged for the same item(s), subject to stock availability. In the event that the same item(s) is/are not available for exchange, we will notify you on the exchange of alternative item(s).
  • For item(s) eligible for exchange, we will mail out the exchanged item(s) to your mailing address provided by you in the original order within 7 business days. Any exchange can only be done maximum once.
  • For items eligible for refund, such refund will be in the form of a coupon code, equivalent to the value of item(s) you have purchased in the order, which you can use to buy other items at our website.
  • The following conditions may disqualify your item(s) for refund or exchange, or in certain situations only partial refunds will be granted, subject to eligibility assessment by our company:
    • Any item(s) with obvious signs of use;
    • Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
    • Any item(s) that arrives at our office address more than 7 business days after the date of your order (the date on which you ordered and paid for the item on our website).
